Pierce Street Annex (1966-1967)

Genre:

Base Location: Eugene, Oregon

Members:

  • Dick Lambert – Guitar
  • Tod Lindner – Keyboards
  • Stu Smith – Guitar
  • Robert Trevorrow – Bass

The Pierce Street Annex was named after the San Francisco nightclub where the band played during their summer college breaks. The club was co-owned by celebrity host Jim Lange (Dating Game) who played a major role in financing recording sessions in San Francisco and introducing the group to numerous record execs. All members were students at the University of Oregon and toured primarily throughout the Northwest outside of their summer commitment.
