Jeffrey Ross was a music promoter and manager in the Eugene area and managed numerous local bands including Upepo and Schwebke Bros.
In 1975, Jeff Ross started the music program at the Eugene Hotel and became a popular blues/jazz venue.
He currently lives in Seattle and is still working in music business providing management and management services for musicians.
