The Renaissance Faire was the original name for Oregon Country Fair.

Line-up: Grateful Dead, New Riders of the Purple Sage

One fan notes, “Jack Casady, bassist, Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna, was hanging around the stage during the show but did not play”.

    Later Magpie out of Corvallis was the closing band on the main stage for many years.
